The goods must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, along with complete documentation (e.g. receipt or invoice).
The cost of return is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect in the goods or an error by our company.

3. Money back
After receiving and checking the returned goods, we will refund the money to your bank account or the payment card used for the purchase. The refund process may take up to 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

4. Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:

Goods personalized according to the customer's request,
Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after opening.
